How we help Real Estate Agents worldwide.

Following up is arguably the most important things to master if you want more clients. Follow up can be broken down into 2 parts:

  1. Following up on new leads to make an initial contact
  2. Following up over the course of months to maintain the relationship established and nurturing the prospect until they are ready to move forward.

Quickly establishing the initial contact with new leads is important to get the most out of your marketing efforts. The concept often dubbed “Speed to lead” is perhaps one of the most thoroughly researched aspects of follow up.  Our strategy to capitalize on incoming leads involves 16 follow ups in the first 3 days, followed by a drip campaign. The LVL UP Team reaches out by phone, email, SMS, and social media, until we contact the lead. From there, qualifying the prospect ensures that leads are properly assigned to whichever stage of the sales cycle is most appropriate. The end goal is to set up an appointment with you, the real estate agent, so that marketing is an afterthought and all you have to do is show up to meet with the leads that are already prequalified and ready to go.

Not every lead is ready to move forward in the short term, so after the  first initial contact, our next step is maintaining the relationship by following an appropriate follow up cadence. To nurture your leads, we offer a variety of services ranging from affordable solutions like newsletters to more expensive phone outreach solutions.

Still Have Questions? Here Are Some Answers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A: The Autoresponder will send only a couple of messages to start up the conversation. But then, you have to continue the conversation after that. This is really helpful for you when you can’t respond right away to a client, and when you weren’t either expecting it or just when you don’t have the time to.

A: Yes, it will respond to clients at any time of the day. If you have a client message you late at night or really early in the morning and you aren’t available at the time, the autoresponder will message the client for you.

A: It will talk to the customer until it is not able to give a response the customer is asking for. For example, if the customer is asking about a time you are available to have a meeting, the autoresponder will not be able to respond to that because that is a discussion you and the client need to have.

A: It will respond back to them immediately or with a predetermined delay. Clients won’t have to wait for a response from you if you are not available and you don’t have to worry about missing out on an opportunity while engaged in another activity.

A: The autoresponder is customizable, so it can be set up to stop responding whenever you want. It will stop responding either when you log into the chat, or typically the autoresponders are setup to go back and forth three times before stopping. More responses can be used, but it’s important to keep in mind that the autoresponder is not there to replace you, but simply to engage potential customers temporarily until you are available.
